Description
A traditional favourite made easy with this premium herby seasoning. Packed with herbs such as pepper, sage, parsley and thyme to achieve the authentic cumberland taste.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add
Around 25g of seasoning to 700g of mince meat
- Add
100g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add
165g of cold water
- Mix
till combined
- Fill
into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link

- add
25-30g of seasoning per kg

100g of rusk per kg
