Hungarian Goulash Seasoning - 1kg

An authentic seasoning packed with sweet paprika.

Ingredients:

• 500g diced beef
• 500g onion - chopped
• 2 red bell peppers - chopped
• 1 yellow bell pepper - chopped
• 2 tomatoes - diced
• 2 carrots - diced
• 2 potatoes - diced
• 5 cloves garlic - minced
• 3 tbsp butter or pork fat
• 1L beef stock
• 50g goulash seasoning

1. Melt the butter or fat in a large pan and add the onions, cook until brown, add the beef, cook for around 10 minutes or until brown.
2. Add the peppers, tomatoes and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from the heat and add the seasoning, mix until combined.
3. Add the stock and return to the heat, add the carrots and potatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for around 40 minutes.
4. Add salt to taste, serve and enjoy.
