Dried Peppermint Leaves

A strong mint flavoured herb with notes of menthol.

• Use as a loose leaf tea by adding to muslin cloth or a strainer and submerge in boiling water.
• Add to drink mixes such as mojito or mix with fruits for a refreshing summer drink.
• Add a pinch to pesto to add a minty burst of flavour.
• Sprinkle over boiled potatoes before serving, or add to peas.
• Add to chocolate based desserts such as cakes, tarts and mousses.
