• Marjoram is one of the 4 herbs used in bouquet garni, this can be used in cheesecloth or sachets to flavour soups and stews.
• It is great for using in vegetable based dishes, try sprinkling over winter veg before roasting.
• Use along with oregano, thyme, sesame and sumac to make a tasty za'atar spice blend.
• Add to meat rubs and use on steaks, chicken or fish.
• Add to chopped tomatoes or puree to make a pasta sauce or pizza base.
