Sriracha & Maple Glaze - Meat Rub

A blend of garlic and sriracha chilli with a hint of sweetness from maple - perfect for pork or chicken.

Adds a delicious flavour to any dish! Use it with meat, veg, or fish to add a delicious flavour and spice up your dishes.

Method:

•          Rub on to poultry, meat, fish or vegetables before grilling, roasting or pop it on the BBQ.
  
•          Use 20-30g per 1kg meat/veg.

• Ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork and pork ribs.
  
• Fantastic as a vegetable stir fry while also complimenting fish, especially salmon and cod.
