Supplied as standard in 250g pack

Method:

  •          Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg meat
  •          Add 250ml of cold water
  •          Mix till combined
  •          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

 

This mix comes ready made with rusk

Each 250g pack will make a total of 2.5kg
