Description
A classic pork and leek sausage complete mix with a tang of extra mature Stilton.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method:
- Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg meat
- Add 250ml of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
