Mexican Smoked Chipotle Sausage

This Authentic Mexican style flavour with smoked chipotle, paprika, cumin and chilli makes for a great tasting sausage.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack.

Method

• Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg of mince meat
• Add 250g of cold water
  
• Mix till combined

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

This pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
