Garlic Sausage

A simple seasoning with a kick or garlic to create the perfect garlic sausage.

Supplied as standard in 500g pack.

Method

• Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
• Add 500g of cold water
  
• Mix till combined
• Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

This pack will make a total of 5kg.
