Description
A versatile dehydrated onion product - produced from sound, mature,
selected, hand-harvested, clean white onions which are free from damage, soil
and cuts.
- Fresh Onions are cored, peeled, washed, inspected, finely
chopped, air dried and sieved to produce dehydrated minced onion
- Dried Onion can be added directly to soups, stews,
casseroles and curries.
- For use in pies, pizzas, stir fry etc.
- Perfect for adding to dishes with excess liquid where the
onions will rehydrate during cooking.
Supplied in a 400g catering shaker jar for easy storage and application.
