Description
Pack of 200 waxed discs for home made preserves to help to prevent mould forming during storage.
Suitable for use on jars to a maximum capacity of 454ml(1lb).
Care & Use
- Ensure jar surface is dry and grease free.
- Fill warmed jars to the brim with hot jam.
- Immediately insert waxed circles with waxed surface in close contact with the jam while it is still hot, then cover.
- Covers should be applied when jam is either hot or cold, but never when it is tepid as this can cause mould growth.
