Description
A traditional South African sausage loaded with pimento, coriander and chillies for a spicy kick.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
- Balsamic Vinegar 24g ( Optional )
- Add 24g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
For a larger mix
- add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
