A rich, gluten-free seasoning blend crafted to complement the bold flavour of traditional Scottish Aberdeen Angus beef. Infused with aromatic onion and a carefully balanced mix of herbs and spices, it's the perfect way to elevate your burgers with authentic Scottish character.
This product is gluten free!
So simple to use!
- Add 500g mix to 9kg minced meat or alternative.
- Gradually add 500ml cold water - use less or more if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
- Mix well & shape into patties by hand or use a burger press.
- Cook as preferred. We recommend grilling, BBQ, pan frying or using an air fryer.
- Full recipe on pack.
- For enhanced flavour, leave the burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
- The colder the mixture, the better the appearance of the burgers
- If storing or freezing, use burger discs to keep the patties separated
