Description
A spicy seasoning flavoured with chillis and peppers for an added kick
to your sausage.
Supplied as standard in 2 x 500g pack.
Method
- Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
- Add 500g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes Ready-made with potato starch.
Each 500g pack will make a total of 5kg.
