Traditional Fruit Pudding Mix - 250g (With Free Casing)

A complete fruit pudding mix loaded with pimento, cinnamon and ginger.

Ingredients

• Fruit pudding mix – 250g

• Currants – 67g

• Sultanas – 30g

• Mixed peel – 4g

• Beef suet – 82g

• Water – 168g

(Makes a 600g batch)

Method

• Mix pudding mix with minced beef suet.

• Add currants, sultanas and mixed peel – mix thoroughly.

• Slowly add water and mix until a sticky consistency.

• Loosely fill into casings or muslin to allow for expansion.

• Steam or boil for 50-60 mins and allow to cool before slicing.
