Scotch Pie

A traditional spiced scotch pie mix - just add meat and water! 

Method

• Mince 5000g meat
  
• Add 500g Scotch Pie Mix and mix thoroughly.
  
• Add 4500g chilled water and mix thoroughly.
  
• Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
  
• Fill into pie shells.
  

• The colder the meat and water the better the appearance and life of your  product
  
• Suitable for home freezing.
