Description

An old favourite, simple but classic sausage seasoning containing a mixture of herbs to enhance the flavour of your sausage rolls.

Supplied as standard in 500g pack.

 

 Method

 - Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat

 - Add 500g of cold water

 -  Mix till combined

 - Fill into Pastry

 

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 500g pack will make a total of 5kg.
