Organic Aberdeen Angus Burger Mix - 50g (1kg Batch)

A traditional aberdeen angus beef burger.

Made entirely from organic ingredients – contact us for specification if needed!

Method:

• Add 50g pack to around 930g minced meat.
• Add 20ml water and mix thoroughly.
• Mix ingredients till combined.
• Shape to desired size – why not try our range of burger presses.

For best results:

• The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
• Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
• Don’t forget to use Tongmaster Burger Discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers
