A delicately spiced sweet apple sausage with a hint of herbs. This seasoning is also Gluten Free
Method
- Add
Around 250g of seasoning to 3375g of mince meat
- Add
450g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add
925ml of cold water
- Mix
till combined
- Fill
into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
For a larger mix
- add
50g of seasoning per every 675g
- add 90g of rusk per 675g
This pack will make a total of 5kg.
