Shawarma Seasoning - 100g

Make your own authentic shawarma with this tasty blend of spices - bringing the flavours of the middle east to your home.

Ingredients

• 1kg meat or alternative
• 30g shawarma seasoning
• 1tbsp olive oil
• 1tbsp lemon juice

• Add your chosen meat to a bag or container, add the spice mix, olive oil and lemon juice and mix until meat is well coated.
• Grill the meat until cooked through and thinly slice.
• You can also cook the meat on skewers, or oven roast in the oven.
• Serve with flatbread, salad and tzatziki.

For Best Results:

• Try using chicken thighs for an authentic shawarma taste.
• Make a cool sauce using yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt & pepper.
• Marinate the meat overnight to allow the flavours to infuse.
