A traditional favourite made easy with this premium herby mix.  Packed with herbs such as pepper, sage, parsley and thyme to achieve the authentic taste.

Supplied as standard in 100g pack

Method:


  • Add the 100g complete mix to 800g meat
  • Add 100g of cold water
  • Mix till combined
  • Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

This mix comes ready made with rusk

Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg

Supplied with free collagen casing.
