Description
A traditional Scottish Lorne (square sausage)
seasoning with added onion. A blend of spices and onion flavour created to give the perfect authentic onion
lorne taste.
Supplied as standard in 100g pack.
Method
- Add the 100g complete mix to 800g of mince meat
- Add 100g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Shape into tin and chill overnight
This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.
Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg.
