Premium Pork, Horseradish & Mustard Sausage

This Premium mix with its blend of Horseradish and Mustard packs a peppery flavour with a rounded kick of mustard.

Supplied as standard in 500g pack.

 Method

•          Add the 100g complete mix to 800g of mince meat
  
•          Add 100g of cold water
  
•          Mix till combined
  
•          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
  

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg.
