Peppery Pork Sausage

A simple pork sausage seasoning with a peppery kick and visible flakes of cracked black pepper.

Supplied as standard in 100g pack

Method:

•          Add the 100g complete mix to 1kg meat
  
•          Add 100g of cold water
  
•          Mix till combined
  
•          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
  

This mix comes ready made with rusk

Each 100g pack will make a total of 1.2kg
