Description
An aromatic blend of herbs such as sage, rosemary, thyme and ginger combined to create a tasty sausage seasoning.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 700g of mince meat
- Add 100g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add 165g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack
For a larger mix
- add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
- add 100g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
