A simple but classic combination or organic sea salt & cracked black pepper.

Method:
- Add 50g pack to around 930g minced meat.
- Add 20ml water and mix thoroughly.
- Mix ingredients till combined.
- Shape to desired size – why not try our range of burger presses.
For best results:
- The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
- Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
- Don’t forget to use Tongmaster Burger Discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers
