Description
This product is very popular in Northern Ireland, where it is often used to make Vegetable Roll - a uniquely Northern Irish delicacy, made up of cuts of lean beef and seasoned with fresh herbs and vegetables such as leeks and onions.
Method:
- Add the 150g complete mix to 650g meat
- Add 200g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes ready made with rusk
Each 150g pack will make a total of 1kg
