 A time honoured herby sausage seasoning with a kick of pepper.


Supplied as standard in 250g pack.



Method

  • Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg of mince meat
  • Add 250ml of cold water
  • Mix till combined
  • Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casing



This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

This pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
