Old Dubliner Irish Sausage

 A time honoured herby sausage seasoning with a kick of pepper.

Supplied as standard in 500g pack.

Method

• Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
• Add 500g of cold water
• Mix till combined

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

This pack will make a total of 5kg.
