Description

A traditional favourite made easy with this premium herby mix.  Packed with herbs such as pepper, sage, parsley and thyme to achieve the authentic Cumberland taste.

 

Supplied as standard in 250g pack.



Method

  • Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg of mince meat
  • Add 250g of cold water
  • Mix till combined
  • Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack



This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.
