Old Dubliner Irish Sausage Mix - 950g

A time honoured herby sausage seasoning mix with a kick of pepper.

Supplied as standard in 2 x 500g pack.

Method

• Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
• Add 500g of cold water
• Mix till combined
