Method of an example batch
- Add Around 50g of seasoning to 770g of mince meat
- Add 90g of Rusk
- Add 90ml of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Shape to desired size of burger
For a larger mix
- add 50g of seasoning per 770g
- add 90g of rusk per 770g
This pack will make a total of 5kg.
