This product is gluten free!
A rustic burger with a blend of mushrooms, peppers and leeks..
All of our free from range
contains no gluten, no artificial colours or flavours & no additives!
Method:
- Add 60g
burger mix to 100ml cold water.
- Mix until
fully dissolved.
- Add solution
to 840g minced meat and mix thoroughly.
- Leave to
stand for 5 minutes and press into burger shapes.
For best
results:
- Leave to
stand before cooking to allow meat to be flavoured.
- Bbq, grill or pan fry.
Makes 1kg batch – supplied in 60g
pack.
