Chinese Five Spice Powder

A classic mixed spice with an oriental twist.

A blend of fennel, cinnamon, star aniseed, black pepper, cloves with added nutmeg, Sichuan pepper and ginger.

•          Used primarily in Chinese cuisine but also in other Asian and Arabic cookery.
  
•          Add to chicken beef or stir fry vegetables towards the end of cooking.
  
•          Delicious coating for pork belly or ribs before cooking.
