Description

Traditional Scottish lorne (square sausage) seasoning. A premium blend of spices created to give the perfect authentic lorne taste.


Supplied as standard in 500g pack



Method:

  •          Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg meat
  •          Add 500g of cold water
  •          Mix till combined Shape into tin and chill overnight.
  •                     Shape into tin and chill overnight.

 

This mix comes ready made with Gluten Free Rusk

Each 500g pack will make a total of 5kg
