Creole Seasoning

A versatile mild Cajun style seasoning - add a kick of southern flavour to your dishes.

• Use this seasoning as a dry rub by coating 1kg your chosen meat/fish/veg in a little oil or water, and rub in 20g until thoroughly coated.
• Add to pasta sauces, soups and stews to add a kick of flavour.
