Traditional sage and onion flavors blended to create the perfect savoury stuffing.
This can be mixed with minced meat, an alternative, or used
without!
For meat stuffing:
- Mix equal parts stuffing mix, minced meat (or meat alternative), and boiling water.
- Example: For a 1kg batch, use 333g stuffing mix + 333g mince + 333g boiling water.
- Fill into an ovenproof dish or roll into balls.
- Cook at 220C for 25-30 minutes.
For meat-free stuffing:
- Mix equal parts stuffing mix and boiling water.
- Example: For a 1kg batch, use 500g stuffing mix + 500g boiling water.
- Fill into an ovenproof dish or roll into balls.
- Cook at 220C for 25-30 minutes.
