Kofta Kebab & Burger

Gluten Free version of this traditional kebab mix with mixed herbs and spices - goes great with lamb.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack. 

Method

• Add 100g of mix to 1kg of mince meat
• Add 40 - 80ml of cold water (alter to preference)
  
• Mix till combined
• Shape to desired size of burger/kebab

For a larger mix  

• add 100g of seasoning per kg

This pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
