Description
A tasty dry seasoning ideal for giving a delicious rotisserie inspired roast flavour and colour to chicken.
The same dry rub seasoning that four out of the six top supermarket chains use on their chicken, pork ribs and sausages before going in the rotisserie.
- Apply to moist meat of your choice 1 hour before cooking for a traditional roasted flavour and colour.
- Use 40-50g of seasoning per 1kg of meat
- Or for penetration of flavour place a small amount of seasoning inside your chicken to enhance the flavour upon cooking.
- A little goes a long way - use carefully!
