Mexican Fajita Sausage

This Authentic Mexican Fajita flavour with paprika, cumin and chilli makes for a great tasting sausage.

Supplied as standard in 500g pack.

 Method

•          Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
  
•          Add 500g of cold water
  
•          Mix till combined
  
•          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
  

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 500g pack will make a total of 5kg.
