Red Quinoa

A great alternative to rice & cous cous - packed with nutrients.

• Provides a rich nutty flavour, ideal for adding to salads & cereals.

1. Rinse 185g quinoa and add to 900ml water, add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil, cook until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
2. Remove from heat, cover and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
3. Drain excess liquid & serve.
