Highly Concentrated Oak Smoke Liquid

This liquid is made with the aroma from smouldered oak wood - ideal for use in brines, sauces , seasonings and much more.

This product is extremely economical as 1-3g can make 1 litre, this is NOT a sauce.

Usage

• 1-3g per litre of Brine
  
• 0.22g/kg Cheese and cheese products
  
• 2.7g/kg Meat
  
• 2.2g/kg Fish
  
• 3.3g/kg Herbs, Spices and seasonings
  
• 3.3g/kg Sauces
  
• 3.3g/kg Ready-to-eat savouries and snacks
  

This 1l can make up to 1000 Litres of smoke brine.
