Description
A combination of spices such as marjoram & turmeric perfect for
achieving an authentic Caribbean curry taste.
This seasoning can also be used in meat rubs, soups & other dishes!
Caribbean Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 500g
boneless chicken thighs
- 200ml
coconut cream (separated coconut milk)
- 30g
Caribbean curry powder
- 1
mango, diced
- 1
onion, finely sliced
- 2
bell peppers, finely sliced
Method:
1. Add the chicken to a large bowl along with the cream, seasoning and a pinch of salt, mix well until combined and marinate for at least 2 hours.
2. add the chopped vegetables to a roasting tray and arrange the chicken on top, bake in the oven at a medium heat for 20 minutes.
3.
Add the chopped mango to the dish and bake for another 5-10 minutes or
until the chicken is cooked through.
