Description
A unique blend of spices to create the perfect biriyani.
This seasoning can also be used in various curries, meat rubs & other dishes.
Biriyani Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 300g basmati rice
- 30g biriyani masala
- 1 large onion, finely sliced
- 30g butter
- 600g chicken breast, chopped
- 900ml chicken stock
- fresh coriander
- Soak and wash the rice until the water runs clear, this removes the starchy residue.
- In a hot pan, melt the butter and cook the onion until soft, add the masala mix and cook for a furher 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken breasts and fry until cooked through & coated in the spices.
- Stir in the rice and cover with stock, cover and bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cook for approx 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave for around 10 minutes, stirring regularly, the stock should be absorbed.
- Top with chopped coriander and serve.
