Description
Traditional strong walled ox runners, ideal for black and
white pudding.
- This casing has a natural curve and so is suitable for Bury Black Puddings.
- Width is approx. 40-43mm per hank and 1m in length.
- Supplied salted to ensure freshness, simply re-salt and keep in an airtight container in the fridge after use to keep them fresh.
- Casings will last for around 3-4 months if stored properly.
- Rinse the casings thoroughly and soak in warm water for at least 20 minutes before use.
