• 1-3g per litre of Brine
  
• 0.22g/kg Cheese and cheese products
  
• 2.7g/kg Meat
  
• 2.2g/kg Fish
  
• 3.3g/kg Herbs, Spices and seasonings
  
• 3.3g/kg Sauces
  
• 3.3g/kg Ready-to-eat savouries and snacks
• 500ml can make up to 500 Litres of smoke brine.
