Description
Packed with herbs & spices to create an authentic tasting paella dish.
Ingredients
- 300g paella rice
- 400g frozen seafood
- 30g paella seasoning
- 1 onion - chopped
- 900ml chicken stock
- 400ml chopped tomatoes
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the onion until soft, add the seasoning and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the rice, stock and tomatoes and cook uncovered for 15 minutes - stirring occasionally - until almost tender.
- Stir in the seafood and cover with a lid, cook for 5 minutes until cooked through and the rice is tender.
- Top with some fresh lemon juice & serve hot.
- Substitute the seafood for another meat or alternative - adjust cooking times or pre cook!
- Try using vegetables such as peppers, peas or fresh tomatoes.
