A blend of Italian herbs and spices to enhance the flavour of your bolognese.
- Add 500g mince and 1 finely chopped onion to a pan and stir until cooked.
- Add Tongmaster Bolognese spice blend with one grated carrot and stir well, cook for a further 2 mins.
- Add 300ml beef stock and 2 x 400g chopped tomatoes, stir thoroughly.
- Lastly, add 1tbsp tomato puree and 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and simmer for 30 mins, until thick.
- Serve with spaghetti or use as a red sauce base for lasagne.
- On a health kick? Swap spaghetti for courgetti or use in a vegetable lasagne.
Each pack contains 20g – enough for one use, for a family of 4.
