Description

The same dry
rub seasoning that four out of the six top supermarket chains use on their
chicken, pork ribs and sausages before going in the rotisserie.
- Apply to moist meat of your choice 1 hour before cooking
for a traditional roasted flavour and colour.
- Use 40-50g of seasoning per 1kg of meat
- Or for penetration of flavour place a small amount of
seasoning inside your chicken to enhance the flavour upon cooking.
- A little goes a long way - use carefully!
