Kentucky Southern Fried Chicken Coating

Tastes like the original southern fried chicken recipe mixed with a range of spices.

Just coat and cook – no need to dip in egg!

Method

•          Dampen portions of chicken and drain
  
•          Tumble in breading mix to ensure an even coating.
  
•          Store for a minimum of three hours in the fridge before cooking. This will assist in the adhesion and penetration of the flavour.
  
•          For best results - Cook in hot oil.
